Learning & Development Specialist, Karawang

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Karawang Factory team! At Nestlé, we believe our people are our greatest asset. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in building future-ready capabilities, driving learning initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within one of Nestlé Indonesia's largest manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and execute learning and development programs for factory employees. Partner with functional leaders to identify training needs and capability gaps. Manage annual training plans, learning calendars, and training records. Support competency mapping, job analysis, and development initiatives across functions. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and development interventions. Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with local and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with Nestlé learning standards. Act as a coach, facilitator, and learning partner to support employee growth and career development. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and factory-related learning programs. What Will Make You Successful Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, HR Development, or related areas. Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong analytical and project management capabilities. Passion for people development and continuous improvement. Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or factory environment will be an advantage. Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively across multiple functions. Why Nestlé?
