Your tasks Oversee production planning and performance to meet customer requirements, including managing personnel, equipment, and KPIs like cost, quality, and delivery. Manage the annual budget with a view of exceeding the annual goal. Support and drive continuous improvement activities to optimise equipment and processes. Support cross-functional collaboration for new product introductions and ensure timely, high-quality customer deliveries. Manage team development, including recruitment, training, motivation, and supporting any HR matters. Ensure effective communication and compliance, covering company policies, health and safety, and standard work practices. Deputise for other team leaders and their production areas as required. Your Profile Technical apprenticeship + HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Production Engineering. 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. Have experience in a high pressured production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passionate, driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
