The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. Your new responsibilities To meet KPIs defined in the Wetchem department. Experience knowledge to Wetchem tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must. To support on meeting quality, yield, damage containment, process capability and stability, cost, CpK and other related KPIs 。 Advance in process window study using standard tools like DoE approach to optimize process in term of cost, and quality. Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) interna/externally to meet require speed/cost/quality. Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol. Involve in process transfer, process & tool qualification and ramp related projects. Implement & setup process FMEA, OCAP, Line of defense, FDC, SPC, Anko system. Support equipment team for equipment troubleshooting. What we look for PHD, Master/ Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics or equivalent At least 5 years working experience in Wetchem (cleaning, etching, resist stripping etc). Knowledge in Wetchem tools (Wetbench, single wafer processing for etching, cleaning and resist stripping) is a must At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required Experience in leading technician Skilled in Wetchem process knowledge with experience in handling FMEA ,DOE, 8D, SPC,FDC Good interpersonal skills, responsible and able to handle stress Fluent in English/Malay language (verbal & writing) Please contact Shin Yih Cheah for further information via <[email hidden]> .
