The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. Your new responsibilities The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining Wet Chemistry equipment including Metal Lift-off systems, Chemical Spray tools, Wet Benches, and SRD tools by performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting engineers in improving uptime, yield, and cost efficiency, and assisting in process transfers and new implementations, with required expertise in Veeco, Siconnex Spray, and SCREEN Wet Bench tools. Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Wet department.Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required. Able to perform advance machine troubleshooting. Knowledge to Wet tools (Metal Lift-off, Chemical Spray tool, Wet Benches and SRD tool) is a must. Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol. Support the Tools setup, installation & qualification. Plan & execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality). Support process team for evaluation & process verification. What we look for Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent. At least with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Wet Benches, Spray tools, and single-wafer chamber systems such as Veeco, Siconnex, and SCREEN. At least 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor/foundry environment is preferred. Fluent in English / Malay language (verbal & writing). Good interpersonal skills, responsible and able to handle stress. Able to work in rotating shift pattern.
