The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. Your new responsibilities Owner of yield: Continuously report and track yield progress against roadmap with all function. Owner of the yield roadmap: rolling 12 months and be accountable that the Front End/ Back End achieve those yield targets. Define/drive yield improvements: analyse yield detractors to the root causes, drive improvements with respective process integration and process owners Owner of systems and data: Define systems and data required for yield performance, ensure quick identification of issues and root causes, kill ratio analysis and yield improvement methodologies. Owner of product performance / spec: Safeguard product requirements and performance, technical ownership for testing, probing, AVI, etc., owner of product master data. Owner of product cost: Owner to define the overall best way to minimize costs due to yield losses across the whole value chain.
