The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. Your new responsibilities Perform scheduled/unscheduled preventive maintanence (PM) on plasma/thermal tools. Perform wafer recovery procedure when tools having alarm. Perform tool troubleshooting on tool alarm events and carry out corrective action plans. Perform routine 5S task in plasma/thermal working areas. Withdraw and collect parts from store. Support sub-FAB activities related to plasma tools (such as pump status checking and pump installation) What we look for Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Engineering fields (preferably in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic). Fresh graduates with diploma as above are encouraged to apply. Posess basic knowledge in vacuum system technology and RF plasma technology is an advantage. Able to perform critical thinking, systematic troubleshooting methodology. Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Words.
