Doral Centre Animal Hospital is seeking a Lead Veterinary Receptionist and Client Service Supervisor to help lead, develop, and inspire our growing Client Service team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a confident veterinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary hospital, enjoys coaching and mentoring others, and understands the critical role the front desk plays in delivering an exceptional client experience. As the leader of our Client Service team, you will serve as the bridge between pet owners, veterinary professionals, and hospital leadership—ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care, operational excellence, and outstanding service.
