EMEA Lead - Couriers

We are looking for a regional leader to own and scale courier delivery growth across EMEA markets, including Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, and others.This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of business development, operations, product, and growth. You will be responsible not only for execution, but also for defining the direction of the business — building a scalable SMB+ segment through use cases (clients with 100–5,000 deliveries per month), shaping the go-to-market strategy, and driving sustainable growth across diverse markets through <partnerships.You> will lead a team of 5+ people and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Supply, and Operations teams to unlock the next stage of growth.
