Sourcing Manager (Indirect Procurement & Capital Projects)

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories, including construction, facilities services, capital equipment, manufacturing equipment, MRO, professional services, utilities, and general business operations. You will work closely with engineering, facilities, operations, finance, legal, and program teams to ensure the business has the suppliers, contracts, and commercial structures necessary to scale efficiently.This role requires a combination of strategic sourcing expertise, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiation, project management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing ambiguity, building supplier networks from the ground up, and driving measurable value through cost, quality, delivery, and risk improvements.
