Intern Aviation Information Security

About the team you are joining You will be joining the Information Security team within the Information Data (I D) Division, reporting to the Manager Aviation Information Security under the Head Information Security GRC (Governance, Risk Compliance) Aviation Partnership, as part of a small team of cybersecurity professionals. What your day would be like Supporting aviation cybersecurity initiatives, industry meetings, and study group activities; Conducting research on emerging cybersecurity threats, regulations, standards, and best practices impacting the airline industry; Assisting in the development of cybersecurity guidance material, reports, presentations, and policy documents; Supporting advocacy activities related to global aviation cybersecurity standards and regulatory harmonization; Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of industry meetings and stakeholder engagement activities; Preparing agendas, meeting minutes, action logs, and stakeholder communications; Contributing to a project aligned with your developing skill set and the needs of the Aviation Cybersecurity team; Helping maintain knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms, and cybersecurity information-sharing resources; Supporting the maintenance of the team's intranet and external site content; Performing additional duties as required, e.g. supporting the coordination of policy exception, security risk assessment tasks, and other team initiatives.
