BAS / Controls Technician Job Title: Building Automation Systems (BAS) Technician Job Type: Full-Time Place of Performance: Culpeper, VA Schedule: Full-Time Summary: Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the Building Automation System controlling HVAC, environmental monitoring, alarms, and facility controls. Requirements: Experience with BAS/DDC control systems. Knowledge of HVAC controls. Ability to troubleshoot controllers and sensors. Experience reading control diagrams. Strong computer skills. Duties: Monitor BAS performance. Troubleshoot control system issues. Program and modify control sequences. Calibrate sensors and controllers. Maintain control documentation. Coordinate system repairs.
