Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years maintenance experience. Knowledge of carpentry, doors, hardware, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs. Ability to use hand and power tools. Strong troubleshooting skills. Duties: Complete preventive maintenance work orders. Repair building components. Install hardware and fixtures. Perform minor carpentry and painting. Assist other maintenance trades. Maintain maintenance records.
