What We're Looking For

• One-call close experience in Exterior or Interior Remodeling
• (required — this is non-negotiable)
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in a sales management role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• The leadership instincts, coaching ability, and communication skills to build and drive a team
