About the Position

By scaling HOLY from zero to over

€200M in total revenue in under five years

. As we continue expanding across channels and markets, strong structure, clear communication, and reliable execution are becoming increasingly important.

As the Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll report to the Corporate Development Lead and

work closely with the Founders and our Business Development

and Special Projects team

across a mix of strategic and operational topics. Your work helps to keep projects organised, ensures teams stay aligned, and creates the clarity needed in a fast-moving environment.

In practice, this means preparing presentations and internal documents, analysing data and translating it into simple insights, organising and documenting meetings, coordinating timelines and to-dos, and supporting the overall planning and structure behind key projects. You’ll also take on administrative and enabling tasks that keep the organisation running smoothly and help teams make decisions based on clean inputs.

Throughout the internship, you’ll gain exposure to topics across Organisational Development, Strategic Planing and Execution, Product Development as well as Regulatory and Compliance. You’ll work closely with leaders across multiple teams and get a realistic, hands-on view into how a high-growth consumer brand operates behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and learning in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and structure strategic presentations

  • Analyze and visualize data

  • Prepare and facilitate meetings
  • — from structuring agendas and gathering inputs to capturing next steps and ensuring follow-through in Notion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects

  • , such as internal kickoffs, team sessions, and light logistics — executed with ownership and attention to detail.

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

Getting to know you

We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.

Case study & on-site interview

As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. In a second meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple. Here, you’ll also get to know MC (Marie-Christin), our CMO.

Reference calls

: At this stage, we’d like to connect with 1–2 former colleagues or managers who have worked closely with you. These conversations help us better understand your working style and strengths from those who know you professionally.

Interview with Matze

As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
