Assistant Manager - Plumbing

Involved packages - Electrical - Plumbing - Fire hydrant & sprinkler system -Ventilation system- FAPA & Access control - LV system - Lift - Infra • Responsibilities: - Review drawings and documents of the complete project including certificate, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non- compliance reports, and site instruction/observation, permanent material delivery and other documents. - Develop and determine all standard to perform inspection and test on all procedure and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standard of quality for all procedure. - Identify problems in the design, planning, management and formulate solutions. - Provide technical advice to staff, supervisor and contracting service provider regarding installation testing and commissioning. - Delivered end to end quality flats with snagging de-snagging and handover to FM team. - Check service provider ITR (inspection and testing report) as per tender and specification with testing and commissioning. - Attending monthly meeting with PMO team for upcoming month target and achievement of previous month. - Coordinate with all service provider for weekly meeting and prepare MOM to float mail in order to get effective result and timely work completion. - Know to use SAP (system, application & Products in data processing) construction project management software. - Check vendors work measurement, quantity and bill as per BOQ to get it approved. - Right selection of equipment, system, process for suitability to company. - Ability to work in team in order to perform and deliver under strict timeline.
