About The Role
About Traveloka Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel and lifestyle super-app. We connect tens of millions of travellers across the region with flights, hotels, experiences, financial services, and more — all from a single platform. Since our founding in 2012, we have expanded to eleven markets, processed billions of dollars in transactions, and built one of the most recognised consumer brands in the region. We move fast because the region demands it. Southeast Asia is young, mobile-first, and growing faster than almost anywhere else on earth. We are not transplanting a Western playbook — we are writing a new one, from scratch, for a market that does not look like anywhere else — and we are calling for people who want to be part of that. About the Team Payments is the platform every Traveloka transaction runs through — and the commercial side is where that platform turns into real partnerships and real revenue. You will shape how millions of travellers across Southeast Asia pay: the cards, wallets, bank rails, and pay-later options that fit each of our markets, no two of which behave the same way. This is product and partnership work where the deal you sign and the experience you ship are the same problem. You will own relationships with banks, networks, and fintech players, then translate them into payment products people actually choose at checkout. You think in unit economics and conversion rates as fluently as in partner roadmaps. If you want commercial ownership over a system the whole company depends on, this is where you build it. About the Job As a Senior Analyst / Associate Manager on the Payment team, you own our most complex and highest-value payment work and shape how we approach a market or segment. You set the technical and commercial standard as a senior individual contributor — guiding peers without managing a team. We review every application. If your background is a strong fit, you will hear from us within 5 business days. We are building the kind of company where strong people choose to stay because the work keeps getting bigger and better. If that is what you are looking for, apply.
