About The Role

Office Facility Management is the team that makes Traveloka a place people actually want to come to work. Across our offices in the region, you keep the lights on and the experience sharp — workspaces that are safe, well-run, and genuinely good to be in, so thousands of builders, marketers, and operators can focus on serving travellers across Southeast Asia. This is hands-on, high-trust work. You manage real spaces, vendors, and the daily details most people only notice when they go wrong — and you make sure they don't. If you take pride in turning a building into a workplace, move fast when something breaks, and care about the small things that shape how a company feels, you'll fit right in here. About the Job As an Analyst in Office Facility Management, you are a fully competent owner of facilities operations for one or more Traveloka sites, working as an individual contributor with no direct reports. You are accountable for the decisions you make and you influence how things are done within your area — including problems that aren't neatly defined and that touch other functions like People or Finance. You deliver to standard and decide how, and you are the name people go to when something has to work. Own the end-to-end facilities experience for your sites: a workplace that is safe, clean, functional, and pleasant to be in Manage vendors and service providers across maintenance, cleaning, security, and office services — set expectations, track SLAs, and hold quality by reasoning from facts and policy Negotiate and track service agreements and renewals, and ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations Own workplace safety and security on-site: inspections, emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and corrective actions, taking accountability for the calls you make Manage facilities budgets at site level — process invoices, control spend, and flag variances with a clear explanation, weighing operational and financial impact together Lead small-to-mid facilities projects (relocations, refurbishments, seating changes, equipment rollouts), handling the ambiguity that comes with work spanning several areas Improve how the workplace runs — spot recurring issues and put a fix or a process in place so they stop coming back Job Requirements You have roughly at least 3 years in facilities or office operations. You run facilities operations independently and people trust your judgment without needing to double-check You manage vendors firmly and fairly — you know a good job from a rushed one and you insist on the good one You understand office infrastructure, building systems, and workplace technology well enough to challenge a contractor You handle budgets, invoices, and contracts accurately and can explain the numbers behind your site You know the safety, security, and compliance basics for a regional office and you keep on top of them You communicate clearly and professionally in English with colleagues, vendors, and landlords You are calm under pressure and you prioritise well when several things break at once You hold a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You are comfortable owning outcomes for a site and being the name attached to them You speak one or more regional languages and can manage vendors directly in-market across SEA/APAC You hold or are working toward a facilities credential (IFMA FMP, BIFM/IWFM, or local equivalent) You have managed a coworking or multi-site portfolio and understand the operating-model differences between owned and serviced space
