About The Role

About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to own a product vertical within one of Traveloka's growth domains, such as transport, accommodation, or platform. You will report to the domain's product leadership and work closely with engineering, design, QA, commercial, operations, and adjacent product teams to deliver products our customers rely on. We will match you to the vertical where you can contribute most, with room to grow your scope across verticals over time. Responsibilities Strategy and planning Inform product direction through a strong understanding of customer needs, business goals, and the competitive landscape Drive continuous discovery, using user research and data to identify and prioritise the opportunities that matter most Define the problem, the target outcome, and the success metrics for every initiative before development starts Delivery and execution Translate direction into clear product requirements and a prioritised roadmap, and work with engineering and design on solutions Test hypotheses early and cheaply, so build capacity goes to validated ideas Participate in agile ceremonies and day-to-day squad activities, resolving impediments with the team to keep delivery moving Monitor product performance and operational health after launch, and follow through on issues until they are resolved Collaboration Coordinate with adjacent product teams and external partners where your product depends on their platforms and services Keep stakeholders across commercial, operations, and leadership informed and aligned Requirements At least 5 years of product management experience in technology companies, with a track record of launching products and delivering measurable outcomes Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong product sense: sees the product through the customer's eyes, with enough technical depth to weigh effort against value with engineers Data-informed: comfortable digging into data yourself to form views, test assumptions, and measure impact, knowing data tells part of the story and completing the picture with user feedback, market signals, and judgment Clear and concise communication, written and verbal, with the ability to make complex things simple for any audience High ownership and bias for action: treats problems in their area as theirs to solve through to resolution, and moves things forward without waiting to be asked A team player at heart: collaborates openly, supports teammates across functions, and is comfortable rolling up sleeves when the moment needs it Open to feedback and quick to learn and adapt Comfortable using AI tools in everyday product work, with judgment on where they help Nice to Have Experience in travel, marketplace, or B2B/SaaS products Experience working with shared platforms or partner integrations
