About the Job As a Product Operations Analyst within Traveloka's Accommodation - Traveloka Partner Network (TPN), you will own the day-to-day operations covering inquiry handling, issue resolution, and support for internal team & affiliate partners — ensuring accurate mapping, dispute resolution, and both operational and technical support across internal and external stakeholders. This role is a blend of analytical, technical, operational, and agile capabilities, driving stability, quality, and continuous iteration. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing TPN operation performance and data hygiene, managing TPN operational structures and processes, delivering operational excellence, and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders — including Engineering, Product, Account Management, Cross Operations, and external partners. What you’ll be doing: Be the go-to person for operation & analytics of TPN - Product Operation and drive itself to deliver meaningful impact for the business through comprehensive analysis. Execute operational workflows end to end with limited supervision, escalating only the genuinely ambiguous cases Document and refine SOPs as you spot friction, leaving each process a little better than you found it Build and maintain the recurring reports and dashboards the team relies on to track performance Maintain ticketing process, resolution, and SLA, as well as extract valuable insight from submitted cases. Continuously learn and update oneself on the latest product and process Qualification: Minimum 2-year of working experience, in Operations, Tech support or related field Enthusiastic while also being skeptic about data Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and high level of curiosity Fast learner who has a good balance between thinking inside and outside the box Passionate in process, feature improvement / development, and user experience Strong agility in working multiple tasks under pressure and tight timeline in fast-paced environment A disciplined and accountable team player, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told that a number looks wrong. Leverages AI assistants and data tools to work more efficiently, while maintaining a critical eye to sanity-check and validate outputs Good at English (both oral and written) Excellent communication and stakeholder’s management.
