Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Assign tasks to warehouse staff and monitor employee performance. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all goods. Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, shipments, and productivity. Enforce warehouse safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce errors or delays. Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality and accuracy. Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory, productivity, staffing, and warehouse performance. Communicate warehouse performance, operational issues, and resource requirements to management Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills. 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred. Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices. Physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse environment. Reliable, responsible, and able to perform effectively under pressure. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics and Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
