仓务经理( Warehouse Mgr)

工作职责：1.Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse operations. 2.Manage the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. 3.Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. 4.Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. 5.Maintain proper storage conditions to protect inventory from damage or loss. 6.Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of goods. 7.Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency. 8.Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions, including goods received, issued, and transferred 9.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and customer complaints related to warehouse operations. 10.Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, warehouse activities, and operational performance. 11.Ensure security of warehouse facilities and inventory against theft, damage, or unauthorized access. 任职资格：1.Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. 2.Minimum of 3�C5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 3.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control procedures. 4.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. 5.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 7.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. 8.Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices. 9.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability. 10.Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively. 11.Experience in the manufacturing, construction materials, FMCG, or distribution industry will be considered an added advantage.
