审计监察经理(Audit&Supervision Mgr)

POSITION PURPOSE The Audit Manager is the primary guardian of corporate integrity across all operational entities within Ghana. This role is dedicated to the proactive detection, investigation, and prevention of fraudulent activities. Unlike traditional external auditing, this position focuses on the internal mechanics of the organization to safeguard assets and ensure ethical compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Anti-Fraud Ownership: Lead the end-to-end anti-fraud strategy and "zero-tolerance" initiatives across all business entities in Ghana. • Forensic Investigations: Conduct deep-dive internal investigations into suspected financial irregularities, embezzlement, or procurement fraud. • Risk Mitigation: Perform regular "stress tests" on high-risk departments like Logistics and Finance to identify and seal control gaps. • Internal Focus: Exclusive focus on internal corporate auditing; candidates from external accounting firms will not be considered. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Utilize strong communication skills to align with Legal, HR, and IT during complex investigative procedures. • Reporting & Remediation: Prepare factual incident reports for senior leadership and implement "Post-Mortem" process corrections to prevent recurrence. • Evidence Integrity: Oversee the professional collection of digital and physical evidence, ensuring strict adherence to the chain of custody. CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS • Education: * A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Law). • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional/managerial work experience. Proven experience in Internal Audit is preferred. Specialized experience in Anti-Fraud work is highly desirable. • Core Competencies: Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interviewing and reporting. Coordination: Strong ability to collaborate across different entities and departments to synchronize audit efforts.
