About The Role

Chinese Translator – Manufacturing Company Purpose: Bridge communication between Chinese and local teams to keep factory operations running smoothly. Main Duties: 1. Translation & Interpretation: Translate production documents, SOPs, reports, emails between Chinese and English 2. On-floor Support: Interpret in meetings, trainings, and during communication between Chinese engineers/managers and local staff 3. Supplier & Admin Support: Help with orders, shipments, and communication with Chinese suppliers. Translate invoices, contracts, and shipping docs 4. Documentation: Maintain accuracy in technical terms and keep records organized Key Requirements: - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English: speaking, reading, writing - 1-3 years translation experience. Manufacturing experience preferred - Knowledge of technical/production terms, MS Office, and cultural understanding - Ability to work on the production floor and under deadlines
