About the Role We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Lead to lead global integrated marketing initiatives for our financial services business. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across social media, content, KOLs, events, paid advertising, and PR, working closely with regional and cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, user growth, product conversion, and retention. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, team leadership, and commercial ownership in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Integrated Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute global integrated marketing strategies and annual plans, aligning social media, content, KOL, events, advertising, and PR activities with business and product objectives. Team & Campaign Management : Lead and develop the integrated marketing team, set objectives and KPIs, allocate resources, and oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes. Omnichannel Marketing & Growth : Oversee content, social media, and paid advertising initiatives across channels including X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Google, websites, blogs, and industry media, ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated growth across paid and organic channels. KOL, Media & Partnership Management : Develop and manage relationships with CFD and financial industry KOLs, investment opinion leaders, media, community influencers, and strategic partners, driving media placements, content collaborations, and other partnership initiatives. Campaign Performance, Budget & Compliance : Own campaign budgets and performance tracking, using metrics such as user acquisition, conversion, acquisition cost, ROI, and retention to optimise resource allocation and marketing effectiveness. Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Design teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and meet applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Industry Background : 5–8 years of integrated marketing experience, including relevant experience in the CFD or financial services industry and at least 3 years of team management experience. Strong understanding of financial products, target customer segments, and marketing dynamics within the industry. Integrated Marketing Expertise : Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and end-to-end global or regional campaigns across social media, content, KOLs, paid advertising, events, PR, and partnership channels. Leadership & Stakeholder Management : Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional and regional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Design. Data & Commercial Acumen : Strong analytical, budgeting, cost management, and commercial decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, manage marketing ROI, and make data-informed resource allocation decisions. Global & Regulatory Awareness : Strong understanding of different regional markets, cultural considerations, and applicable financial regulatory requirements. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills are required to support collaboration with regional stakeholders and local market activities. Experience working across international markets and proficiency in additional languages are advantageous.
