About this Position What you´ll do Active involvement in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments Development of concepts for new products in hair care and styling categories Monitoring of fashion and hair trend research, to help to prepare shoots and campaigns Implementation of social media content and steering the monthly social media content plan Product performance, competition and strategic market analysis Day to day administrative support on invoicing, budgeting, presentations, organizing internal and external events, workshops etc.
