Tax Transformation Specialist - Jundiaí/SP

About this Position We are looking for a Tax Transformation Specialist to support and coordinate the implementation of Brazil's Tax Reform agenda and other tax transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance while helping the business navigate regulatory and operational changes. As a key project coordinator, this professional will work closely with Tax, Finance, IT, external advisors, and global stakeholders to translate tax requirements into practical processes and system solutions. This position is based in Jundiaí/SP and requires availability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office What you´ll do Lead and coordinate Tax Reform and tax transformation initiatives across local, regional, and global teams. Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, and external advisors to implement tax-related process and system changes. Assess tax implications of business initiatives and provide practical, compliance-oriented recommendations. Support the implementation of new tax requirements, ensuring alignment between business processes, systems, and compliance needs. Identify tax risks and opportunities associated with transformation initiatives. Support tax due diligence, audits, and tax controversy matters, when required.
