What you´ll do Ensures day-to-day collection activities are completed, including customer account reconciliation, query resolution, and effective communication with Sales and Customer Service teams to drive timely issue resolution and payment collection Reports overdue positions and collection risks for the assigned portfolio to North America Key Accounts Managers, providing timely analysis and actionable recommendations to support decision-making Supports the Team Leader in managing day-to-day operational activities, including reporting, stakeholder communications, escalation management, and continuous process improvement initiatives Leverages digital tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity, streamline reporting, enhance data analysis, and support operational excellence Actively participates in digital upskilling initiatives and identifies opportunities to optimize processes through technology, automation, and best practices in Finance operations
