Marketing Operations Specialist

About this Position The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) lifecycle for HCB, guiding teams through each stage of evaluation, dependency assessment, and launch preparation to ensure compliance with quality KPIs and timelines. As the single point of contact (SPOC) with Global Business Solutions (GBS+) and a key partner for local and regional teams, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in packaging systems and projects. What you´ll do Manage new item requests and activities from create to active status. Guide through HCB NPI process, specifically innovation assessments, Hint system, and overall dependencies and readiness Responsible for high-quality requests and efficient item runtime for established KPI’s. Ensure request quality, completeness, and plausibility (via online systems/documents), confirm request submission is in line with launch timelines and project plan. Verify request data with regional partners prior to submission to global business solutions team Alignment and confirmation of production readiness status and date activating and engaged support to project teams. Maintain tracking system and assist in portfolio management, including item trackers, active items, items in transitions, and future initiatives.
