About this Position Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to partnering with hiring managers, managing recruitment channels, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. What you´ll do Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle (phone video screening, interviewing, selecting candidates). Partner with hiring managers to determine requirement hiring needs. Prepare job ads for open positions and posted jobs on our corporate website all recruitment channels and ensure all candidates' applications are maintained properly on the system while providing feedback in a timely manner. Search for potential candidates on internal external databases and screened resumes based on the role profile market candidate research for potential positions. Handles and support in the employee branding activities (Example; Employment fairs, Job Shadowing days, University Sessions…)
