Process Engineer

About this Position Design and implementation of new production processes, as well as optimization of existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity. What you´ll do Optimizing the process and improving production efficiency, quality and costs through process control. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving through investigating and resolving process-related issues to ensure smooth and consistent operations. Continuous Improvement through leading initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Design and implementation of new or improved processes to achieve production goals. Analyzing production data to drive improvements and document processes. Finding opportunities to save costs in the production process. Training and development with providing technical guidance and training to production teams on process best practices. Collaboration with Stakeholders, working closely with product design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of processes
