Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,946–$2,072 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 5x8 days (day shifts) - Start date: 08/24/2026 - Setting: short-term acute care setting Responsibilities - Plan and conduct segments of therapy programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions; serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. - Perform OT evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and apply appropriate therapy interventions. - Develop care and discharge plans and communicate them to appropriate parties, ensuring continuity of care. - Complete comprehensive and accurate documentation within established deadlines. - Supervise assigned therapy assistants and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in care planning. Requirements - Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); required if license obtained on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent. - Licenses/Certifications: Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice; CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor per policy; required. - Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field. - Additional: Valid driver’s license and must be at least 21 years of age; ability to work in a short-term acute care setting.
