Electrical Team Lead

The Team Lead will supervise, plan works and act as mentor to tradesmen, apprentices and other colleagues together with overseeing the work of sub-contractors. They will ensure works are carried out to a high standard, in a safe, efficient and effective manner providing a superior customer experience and a high degree of commercial focus. To work towards taking on direct reports made up of electricians and apprentices. To provide customer quotations for Electrical works.The Team Lead will also carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance works of their own as well as undertaking out-of-hours emergency call-out duties as required.
