Senior Release Manager - Business Banking & Embedded Finance

You will bring extensive experience leading complex project or portfolio delivery within financial services or similarly regulated environments. You'll also have: Significant experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting and financial forecasting capability. Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technology teams. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies and governance throughout the delivery lifecycle. Strong facilitation, communication and leadership skills that bring diverse teams together. Experience working within software delivery, systems implementation or digital transformation environments. Relevant tertiary qualifications, with Agile, PRINCE2, MSP or similar certifications highly regarded.
