People Business Partner

Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will provide professional HR support across the full employee lifecycle while helping to shape and deliver initiatives that align our people strategy with business objectives.Working closely with the Head of People and wider leadership team, you will build strong relationships across the organisation, lead on employee relations, support people development, and ensure our HR practices, policies and processes continue to reflect the high standards of Gordon Murray Automotive.
