As part of our IT team, you will work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical technical skills, and gain hands-on experience with real tools, systems, and everyday IT challenges. 🔍 What you will do During your internship, you will: Provide first-level IT support on hardware, software, and network-related issues Handle day-to-day user requests through a ticketing system Support Microsoft 365 user and licence administration Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software Use asset management tools to monitor the company’s PCs and laptops Learn how IT operations and support processes work in a modern corporate environment 🎯 What we are looking for You could be a great fit if you: Are studying or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Have a basic understanding of Windows operating systems Are familiar with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and LAN environments Understand basic IT security practices Enjoy solving problems and supporting others Are curious, motivated, and eager to learn Communicate effectively in both Greek and English Enjoy working as part of a team ✅ Previous professional experience is not required.
