to join our team as Mechanics - Apprentices. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn directly from skilled professionals, and develop the technical skills needed to build a successful career in aircraft maintenance.

As an apprentice, you will assist with inspections, repairs, and servicing of aircraft and their systems, gaining practical experience in a real-world aviation environment. Our structured training and mentorship program will help prepare you for certification and set the foundation for a rewarding future as a licensed aircraft mechanic.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assist with routine and non-routine maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Support licensed aircraft mechanics with maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft and components.
• Document maintenance actions in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• Use technical manuals, drawings, and schematics to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in the removal and installation of aircraft components.
• Support compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies.

We expect You to have

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and documents.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear criminal record.
• Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn mindset in a hands-on, practical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the demands of an aviation maintenance environment.
