For Packaging and Production services in the Engineering area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or related with at least five (5) years of experience. Bilingual (English & Spanish). Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. Experience in: GMP change control and operating-site MOC processes. Track record of executing in live-plant conditions without disrupting production. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Own a portfolio of tie-in and site-integration sub-projects; manage each through definition, design, execution, and turnover. Partner with operations on production-impact planning, shutdown windows, and change control under the operating site's quality system. Coordinate tie-ins with the Tie-In / Site Integration Manager and with the PC21 Utilities PM. Support and manage contractor mobilization to brownfield environments — escorts, training, GMP gowning, restricted-zone protocols. Drive HSE and quality compliance in live-plant conditions; lead Management of Change (MOC) submissions. Report cost/schedule status per sub-project; escalate risks to plant operations promptly.
