Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 month Fixed-Term Contract)

Your Mission Our business is growing - fast. We have ambitious plans that mean we need to hire the best people in our industry. Including you. You’ll be the second member of our TA team, working alongside our existing TA Specialist offering end-to-end hiring support for teams across the business. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll partner with senior leaders to define their hiring needs, adding your market knowledge to theirs to make sure we’re matching our ambitions to the local talent pool. We’re a team of individual contributors and deep technical experts, so this role is particularly well suited to recruiters with a strong headhunting background, who’re able to map the market and track down the very best people.
