About The Role

  • 岗位职责：
  • 1.负责新员工入职培训的全流程管理，包括培训方案设计、组织实施及效果评估分析
  • 2.协助薪酬福利体系落地执行，精准完成社保公积金等福利业务办理及数据核对
  • 3.参与员工关系基础管理工作，规范执行档案管理、考勤统计及人事数据维护
  • 4.协同开展人力资源各模块基础工作，包括招聘渠道维护、简历筛选及面试安排等支持工作
  • 5.参与人力资源流程优化项目，提供专业建议并协助实施改进方案
  • 1.人力资源管理专业本科及以上学历
  • 2.系统掌握人力资源2-3个专业模块知识，具备培训、薪酬福利、招聘或员工关系实操经验
  • 3.具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力及基础数据分析处理能力
  • 4.熟练运用Office办公软件及主流招聘平台操作，持有人力资源管理师等相关职业资格证书者优先考虑
