Project Supervisor (Pipes & fire protection systems)

Take your next step and support us as a PROJECT SUPERVISOR (PIPES & FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS). DESCRIPTION Monitor pipes for water, compressed air, gas, and steam.​ Verify optimizations on layouts to reduce pressure losses and installation costs.​ Verify calculation of pipe diameters and materials according to required flow and pressure.​ Ensure continuous supply and avoiding interference with conveyors and equipment. Supervision of preventive maintenance and detect leaks or pressure drops.​ Monitoring fire protection by evaluating risks in critical areas​ Verify fire protection network design by location of hydrants, sprinklers, and hose cabinets at strategic points, ensuring full coverage in compliance with regulations.​ Pumps and reserve tanks are sized to guarantee sufficient pressure and flow in emergencies, while alarms and detectors are integrated with auxiliary systems.​ Periodic tests and drills are conducted, training personnel in the use of equipment and evacuation protocols to ensure effective response.​ Creation of supervision reports, construction logbooks (digital or physical), photographic evidence of progress and findings and incident reports and recommendations. DESCRIPTION Bachelor´s degree in engineering, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field. 5 years of proven experience supervising similar projects as project supervision and management​ Technical knowledge of NFPA​ Knowledge of applicable regulations (NOM, NMX, NFPA, local regulations).​ Ability to prepare technical and photographic reports ​Experience at an OEM​ Knowledge in Project Documentation is an advantage Fluent English .
