DESCRIPTION Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities​ Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through of inspections, audits, etc.​ Create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect​ Gather data through of statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.​ Implement robust containment actions when flaw or defect parts are identified​ Create orders for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions​ Execute actions for problem solving through of different tools and deploy effective corrective actions​ Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI’s targets​ Participate actively in regular meetings​ QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related ​ 1 year of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions​ Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001)​ Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management​ Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T (is a plus) ​ Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable)​ Handling of KPIs and reporting​ Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements​ Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)​ Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint )​ SAP (desirable)​ Fluent English ( Conversational level ) Available to rotate shifts 1 year contract MAKING IMPOSSIBLE THINGS POSSIBLE WITH YOU JazzHr Privacy Policy <https://www.jazzhr.com/privacy-policy/>
