DESCRIPTION Manage documentation and traceability of technical changes.​ Coordinate and track engine and battery component development projects.​ Support production line issue analysis and corrective action follow-up.​ Develop proposals and provide supporting data for cost optimization and savings initiatives.​ Support project management activities, including release status reporting, stakeholder meetings, and progress monitoring.​ Track prototype and validation parts throughout the development process.​ Monitor testing activities and ensure timely follow-up on results, findings, and required actions.​ REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience inside the automotive industry​. Experience in the development of engine components ​. Knowledge of materials and their properties​. Knowledge of engine parts and their periferie. Knowledge of basic mechanical engineering and fluids. Basic knowledge of design programs (Pro-E, Catia, Creo)​. Fluent English. German A2 (desirable).
