Chief of Staff (m/f/d)

Your Role

We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. This is a highly visible role at the center of the company. You will help shape strategy, support fundraising activities, drive key business development initiatives, and ensure that our most important priorities are executed with speed, focus, and precision. We are seeking someone who combines structured strategic thinking with a strong bias for action. Ideal candidate thrives on solving complex challenges, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and taking ownership of initiatives that directly impact company growth and long-term success. The role requires a high degree of flexibility, ownership, and commitment. You should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, engaging with stakeholders across Europe and beyond, and travelling internationally on short notice when business needs require it. The main tasks include:

Strategic Business Development & Market Expansion

Together with the CEO and the business development team, shape and advance our commercial strategy and market positioning across our core markets – agriculture, construction & mining, and defense – identifying opportunities and translating them into actionable business development initiatives

Navigate complex technology ecosystems and build strategic relationships with industry partners, customers, OEMs, and other key stakeholders across these markets

Organize and execute testing and experimentation campaigns in close collaboration with the technical team.

Be a core part of the commercial growth team with a hands-on and get-things-done mentality, ensuring alignment across business units and driving business development & sales initiatives across our markets .

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Shape the equity story in close collaboration with the CEO and prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and financial models
• Shape & drive ongoing communication with current and potential investors
• Identify & position driveblocks according to capital market opportunities and drive internal activities to support this positionings

Company Growth

• Collaborate closely with the broader management team on operational topics of scaling the company
• Take ownership of special projects that drive efficiency, scalability, or innovation across the organization as well as internal communication

Your Background

• 3+ years of experience in Tier-1 management consulting, venture capital, or a high growth venture backed company in the technology sector
• Excellent verbal & written board level communication skills in German & English
• Willingness & ability to dive into ambitious challenges on day one
• High urgency on driving company and business growth combined with the willingness to take on whatever needs to get done to achieve our goals
