Job Title:** Class A CDL Truck Driver - Regional

**Expected Home Time:** 48 hours on weekends

**Transportation Type:** Full Truckload, Dry Van

**Position Overview:**

**Compensation:**

**Hiring Bonuses:**
Option 1:
Initial Sign-On Bonus: $1,475 with Hazmat Endorsement or $1,300 without (for qualified candidates)
Opportunity for additional $600 after 30 days with a qualifying safety record
Orientation Pay
Option 2:
Initial Sign-On Bonus: $1,125
Orientation Pay
**Additional Pay Opportunities:**
Band Pay for short lengths of haul
CSA Safety Bonus: $875 (Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 plus 8 hours Paid Time Off every 90 days
On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days
Annual Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service
Detention pay after 1 hour
Premium pay for Hazmat loads

**Qualifications:**

Valid and current Class A CDL
Minimum 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months acceptable if teaming with an experienced driver)
No DWIs in the past 7 years
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation
No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
No drug test refusals or failures

**Tractor Information:**

Late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors
Automatic transmissions, 1500-Watt inverters, refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, microwaves
Speed governed for safety
Equipped with features for comfort and convenience

**Trailer Information:**

53' Wabash and Great Dane trailers with SkyBitz tracking and aerodynamic features
