HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and drive key people initiatives. The role combines strategic business partnering with conceptual responsibility for organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people and business strategies.
• Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Design and implement HR concepts, policies, and people programs.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Advise managers on employee relations and people decisions.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Your profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Several years of HRBP experience in a strategic role.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in organizational development and change management.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Business proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
