As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking passionate individuals to join them as a Customer Service Representative (Retail) at Faro Airport, Portugal. Position: Customer Service Representative (Retail) Location: Faro Airport, Portugal Work model: On-side Employment type: Full-time – perm contract. RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service Manage golf club collections, rentals and returns Process customer bookings and payments accurately Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about rental services Check and prepare golf equipment before collection Ensure returned equipment is processed and stored correctly Maintain a clean, organised and presentable shop environment Support smooth day-to-day store operations during busy periods. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent/Native in English (C1), both written and oral. Previous retail or customer service experience (Customer Facing is highly advantageous) as well as a high level of interest or knowledge of Golf Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently Ability to work efficiently within a busy airport environment Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends when required Eligible to live and work in Portugal Able to commute reliably to Faro Airport.
