Through a holistic, team-based approach, the program focuses on treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by integrating behavioral health and addiction services into a unified treatment <plan.As> a Peer Specialist on the ITCD team, you’ll use your lived experience to walk alongside individuals in recovery, helping them build hope, develop coping strategies, and stay engaged in care.
