Project Topography Supervisor 1

Mission Ensures the link between the project plans and the ground reality, from the establishment phase to the as-built plan of the job, in support of Operations and the Design Office. Main Responsibilities Establishes surveys of the physical (boundary marking, tonometric, altimetric, interior, location), legal and land characteristics (demarcation of land estates, co-ownership) of the land to be developed. Carries out the site visit by highlighting specific points with the help of the site layout Creates the topographic and layout plans of the works Establishes the project points on the ground on the basis of the execution plans and maintains them until the end of the job Provides advice based on an active monitoring of geographical, topographical, legal and regulatory developments.
