Providing methodical coaching to project team members in the roles of Product Owner and cross-functional developers (such as software developers, business analysts and UX designers)

Promoting agile values and principles across projects

Designing and overseeing agile processes within and beyond the team

What we want from you

At least three years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in supporting agile change processes in software development

Expertise in the methodology of complex IT projects

Knowledge of Scrum and other methodologies such as Kanban or SAFe, Ideally complemented by initial exposure to AI-powered tools, along with the ability to apply modern digital and AI-enabled ways of working effectively and responsibly within agile teams

Desirable: Project methodology, Scrum Master and/or SAFe/Nexus certification and a background in software development

Ideally experience in the financial sector

University degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field

Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
