What makes your job special

Primary point of contact for our clients regarding strategic, functional, and methodological challenges

Facilitating workshops with decision-makers, prioritizing functional and technical requirements in the product backlog, and overseeing the creation and implementation of user stories

Developing high-value solutions as part of a team in accordance with our clients’ strategic roadmap – with the aim of translating digital and AI-driven approaches into practical, value-adding solutions for clients

Developing strategic partnerships with banks and technology partners on digital transformation projects

What we want from you

At least five years of professional experience as a Product Owner at a bank or in financial services.

Strong knowledge of products and processes related to credits, securities, or payment transactions at banks and investment firms

Extensive experience with agile environments and methodologies as well as the ability to effectively apply and further develop modern digital and AI-enabled solutions

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a proactive approach

University degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable field

Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
